The feelings the painting arouses in me are mostly negative, as in it, there is the city of Guernica, a Basque country village which has been destroyed during the Spanish Civil War. Most certainly, it causes me fear and disgust about war, disappointment with the people who started the war, because they have destroyed so many lives of innocent civilians for the sake of wrong motives (as it happens in most, if not all, wars).
On the other hand, the flower, which the fallen soldier at the bottom is holding in his hand, gives me a feeling of hope. It implies that no matter how hard a situation is, there is always a way we can fix it. We just have to want it very much and work towards this.
